Internal Doors. Frames & Ironmongery Internal doors including office stair core lobbies to be painted flush timber with matching door frames. These doors have high quality ironmongery as supplied by the manufacturer. Minimum 150mm smoke reservoir/overpanel to be provided to stair doors. Suited locks are to be provided.

Internal Doors. Internal doors with card readers should not be propped open unless required to complete Services and should be kept to a minimum. Office doors that are routinely kept locked for security purposes are to be locked upon completion of work. Citizens may use, depending upon location, an internal color-coded program or cards to assist with identifying which doors should remain locked and will be implemented with the awarded Vendor at the Pre-Service Conference.

Internal Doors. All internal doors consist of maple (or similar) veneered solid core flush doors, fire resisting where required. Narrow vertical vision panels are also provided where necessary glazed with float glass or pyran where fire resistance is required. Door frames and joinery will be solid maple hardwood with satin polyurethane finish. Ironmongery is good quality polished stainless steel 'Elite' or similar including pushplates, kickplates etc. Riser cupboard doors and frames will be painted softwood solid core flush with dry lined walls and painted matt gloss to match (door sets will be fire resisting if necessary).

Internal Doors. All internal doors must be in sound condition and must open and close freely. No cylinder or mortice locks must be fitted, and all internal keys must be removed. Bathroom(s) and toilet(s) to be fitted with appropriate locks. Any glazed door must have toughened glass.

B Door frames will be softwood to receive either stain or paint finish, matching adjacent glass panel frames. C Priority brand steel cored PVC door furniture and ironmongary will be used throughout.
