Where required. The University shall provide, at no cost, protective apparel and equipment where such is required by the Workers' Compensation Board or where the University Safety Officer, the University Safety Committee, or Department of Health has determined them necessary for the personal safety of employees. The University shall provide, at no cost, protective clothing in areas determined by the University or the Joint Working Conditions Committee to present hazards to the personal clothing of employees.
Where required the Contractor must submit supplementary data for delivery that cannot be recorded through the ILR, or to correct data you have recorded in the ILR, following the published guidance ESFA: European Social Fund (ESF) round 2 supplementary data collection - XXX.XX (xxx.xxx.xx) (“Supplementary Data”). The Contractor must check the accuracy of the submissions on the Supplementary Data on the Submit Learner Data service and any errors must be corrected immediately. All submissions must be supported by evidence.

Where required it may be necessary for the Landlord to meet the tenant and to sign and complete all statutory notices, sign all necessary tenancy agreements and any ancillary documents. The Agent shall not be responsible for any sums due to the Landlord where the Landlord has failed to sign necessary statutory notices, tenancy agreements or other documents such as (but not limited to) housing benefit documents necessary for the introduction of tenants. The Landlord undertakes to promptly complete all necessary documents and carry out all matters necessary at the request of The Agent.
