Any additional deployment events will require a separate Statement of Work or Change Order with CMC for such deployments. • Customer acknowledges that changes in new releases to CampusNexus Student may impact the functionality or operability of the Student Refunds Package, and services provided within this SOW do not cover functionality or operability of the Student Refunds Package that are impacted by the new release’s changes. • Customer can request that CMC recertify the Student Refunds Package against a new release of the CMC Software/Licensed Program with a separate Change Order or a Professional Services Support Contract (“Student Refunds PSSC”). The recertification process confirms that the Student Refunds Package continues to function as originally scoped and delivered. • A Student Refunds PSSC may be entered into by CMC and Customer for support and maintenance services to be provided by CMC for the resolution of defects and recertification of the Student Refunds Package. The annual fee for the Student Refunds PSSC is $5,000/year. • Customer will identify the version of the Bank Mobile software that will be integrated. Upgrading of such software prior to Go-Live may cause an impact to the work performed requiring a Change Order to cover additional services. • Customer must obtain any required support regarding the Bank Mobile software from Bank Mobile. • Only Supported Features will be delivered within the scope of this SOW.

Task 4. CEQA-Plus Consultant shall prepare a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) or Notice of exemption (XXX) as necessary for the Project in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
