Fire detection Clause Samples
The Fire Detection clause establishes requirements for the installation and maintenance of fire detection systems within a property or facility. Typically, it mandates that appropriate fire alarms, smoke detectors, or other fire-sensing devices be installed in accordance with local regulations and kept in good working order through regular inspections and testing. This clause ensures early warning in the event of a fire, thereby enhancing occupant safety and minimizing property damage by facilitating prompt emergency response.
