Personal Data definition

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Personal Data means any information relating to (i) an identified or identifiable natural person and, (ii) an identified or identifiable legal entity (where such information is protected similarly as personal data or personally identifiable information under applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations), where for each (i) or (ii), such data is Customer Data.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, neither Party shall transfer, or shall be required to transfer, to the other Party any such Know-How, Personal Data or other materials to the extent prohibited by Applicable Laws.

  • To ensure compliance with the Privacy Laws, the Company and its subsidiaries have in place, comply with, and take all appropriate steps necessary to ensure compliance in all material respects with their policies and procedures relating to data privacy and security, and the Processing of Personal Data and Confidential Data (the “Privacy Statements”).

  • With respect to Personal Data Processed under the Agreement in its possession, custody or control, each Party shall notify the other Party promptly and without undue delay upon learning of any (i) unauthorized access to, or acquisition, disclosure or other Processing of such Personal Data; or (ii) other event or circumstance that constitutes a “personal data breach” or similar term as defined under applicable Data Protection Laws (collectively, a “Data Breach”).

  • If, and to the extent that, the Parties jointly determine the purposes and means of Processing Personal Data under this Agreement, and applicable Data Protection Laws recognize the concept of Joint Controllers, prior to Processing any such Personal Data under this Agreement, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to enter in an arrangement or addendum to this Agreement that details their respective obligations under Data Protection Laws as applicable to such Personal Data.

  • To ensure compliance with the Privacy Laws, the Company and its Subsidiaries have in place, comply with, and take appropriate steps reasonably designed to ensure compliance in all material respects with their policies and procedures relating to data privacy and security and the collection, storage, use, disclosure, handling, and analysis of Personal Data (the “Policies”).

Personal Data means (i) a natural person’s name, street address, telephone number, email address, photograph, social security number, bank information, or customer or account number; (ii) any information which would qualify as “personally identifying information” under the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended; (iii) “personal data” as defined by GDPR; and (iv) any other piece of information that allows the identification of such natural person, or his or her family, or permits the collection or analysis of any identifiable data related to an identified person’s health or sexual orientation.
Personal Data has the meaning given in the Data Protection Laws.
Personal Data shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998;
