Subject to satisfaction of all of the Completion Pre-conditions, completion of the Completion Documents will take place on the Completion Date unless Court Proceedings are commenced before completion takes place.
If completion under clause 13.1 or 13.2 is delayed by Court Proceedings then if and when they are finally determined on terms that result in a Qualifying Planning Permission existing in law in a form that otherwise satisfies the provisions of this Contract, the 10th working day after they are finally determined.
