DELIVERABLES AND COMPLETION DATE. The deliverables are due for completion by xxxxxxxxxxxxx or at the depletion of contract value of R xxxxxxxxx EXCL. VAT for the duration of this contract. In the event that the contract value is depleted before the expiry date, then this contract shall terminate as of the date of the depletion contract value and governed by this Schedule 1 as detailed in the Scope of work, include:  Upon the commencement of the contract, the Service Provider’s initial task will be to conduct a full inspection at all the sites. Report on findings including change in as-built documents must be presented and a proposal for repairs or replacement must be provided to TNPA Xxxxxxxx Bay.  TNPA reserves the right to change quantities of the units in consultation with Service Provider.  Equipment may be relocated to another venue without affecting the contract.  The Service Provider shall complete a price schedule in accordance with annexure A for maintenance and support of systems as per Annexure A.  Monthly maintenance will be done for all sites listed as Critical.  Quarterly inspections maintenance will be done at sites listed as non-Critical.  The Service Provider shall provide a schedule for the service intervals on the equipment (Project plan).  The Service Provider shall fix the service price rate for the duration of the contract.  Service Provider shall acknowledge a call (for both critical and non-critical sites) logged within 30 minutes of it appearing on their call logging system by providing TNPA Xxxxxxxx Bay with a reference number.  The Service Provider shall respond to site within 4 hours for critical sites and within 12 working hours for non-critical sites.  Maintenance shall be done on consultation with the IMS department and as per pre- determined maintenance schedule.  All replacement parts shall be provided after a quotation has been submitted to TNPA and an official purchase order has been issued.  If the Service Provider cannot repair the equipment onsite, then they shall replace the faulty equipment with a loan belonging to the Service Provider until such time it is repaired – this applies to basic audiovisual equipment such as projectors, power supplies etc.  The risk of damage or loss to Transnet’s equipment that has been handed for repairs shall be passed to the Service Provider for as long as it is in the possession of the Service Provider.  All Xxxxxxxx Bay IMS staff must be provided with first line support training of the audiovisual equi...

  • Project Completion Date It is agreed between the Parties that the Project Completion Date is <END DATE, YEAR>. If the Project is not completed by such date then, subject to an amendment agreed to between the Parties, Alberta Innovates may elect to terminate this Investment Agreement. In such event, Alberta Innovates will notify the Applicant of its decision to terminate as soon as reasonably practical and shall advise the Applicant of the effective date of termination. Alberta Innovates will have no liability or obligation to reimburse the Applicant for any Project Costs incurred after the effective date of termination and may require the Applicant to return any portions of the Investment which were spent on Ineligible Expenses. Additionally, any portion of the Investment not used and accounted for in accordance with this Agreement as of the Project Completion Date or earlier termination is repayable by the Applicant to AI at AI’s request.

  • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.

  • Completion Date The Work under this Contract shall be completed by midnight of the date required in the Contract as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date unless extended by approved requests for extension of time.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Final Completion Date Final Completion for the Work as defined in Article 6.1.3 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by September 30, 2022.

  • Completion Dates The Recipient agrees to complete each Project within the time periods specified in the Underlying Agreement and all activities must be completed by the Award’s end date, unless FTA agrees in writing to extend the end date. Unless FTA determines otherwise in writing, interim milestone dates and other completion dates applicable to the Award are good faith estimates and are not intended to be firm contractual requirements. However, FTA and the Recipient agree that milestone dates and other completion dates for Full Funding Grant Agreements, Small Starts Grant Agreements or other specific agreements in which FTA expressly states that the milestone dates or other completion dates for the Underlying Agreement are firm dates that may be enforced.

  • Commencement and Completion of Work Upon the Effective Date of the Contract, bidder agrees to commence all Preconstruction Activities. Upon issuance of a Proceed Order, bidder agrees to commence physical activities on the Site with adequate forces and equipment and to complete to Material Completion all work in 90 consecutive calendar days beginning the day after the date of the Proceed Order.
