The issuance of a rejection by the City shall relieve the County of all obligations to perform any work identified in the Work Order Request.
The Services and Work Order Requests provided by the County under this Agreement shall be pursued with care and diligence to County standards.
For the purpose of facilitating the performance of the Services and Work Order Requests under this Agreement, it is hereby agreed that the City, upon reasonable request in writing by the County or its duly authorized representative, and at no cost to the County, shall temporarily close any streets, or portions thereof, that the County, in its sole discretion, finds necessary to be closed before any work is commenced thereon.
If the City desires that the County perform services other than the Services specifically listed in Exhibit A, then the City shall direct a Work Order Request to the County Administrator.
The County may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject the new Work Order Request, PROVIDED that the County’s acceptance is not required where the City is terminating work pursuant to Section 14 below.
