Final Completion Date definition

Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

Final Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 12.10.

• Should it be considered necessary or advisable by the Owner or the A/E at any time before the Final Completion Date to make an examination of any part of the Work already completed, by removing or tearing out portions of the Work, the Contractor shall promptly furnish all necessary facilities, labor and material to expose the Work to be tested to the extent required.
