Project Completion definition

Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • The Project Completion Date for any Project shall not have occurred by the applicable Project Completion Clawback Date.

  • The Total Funding Plan for each Project will be sufficient to pay all remaining Project Costs for such Project and to achieve the Project Completion Date for such Project by no later than the final Milestone Completion Longstop Date for such Project.

  • For any Project, the Actual Cumulative Disbursement Ratio calculated on the Project Completion Date after giving effect to all Disbursements for such Project is greater than the Scheduled Cumulative Disbursement Ratio for such Project.

  • The Department shall have received a certificate of a Financial Officer of the Borrower certifying that the Borrower’s Total Funding Plan is sufficient to pay all remaining Project Costs, as set forth in the Sources and Uses Plan, for each Project and for each Project to achieve the Project Completion Date for such Project by no later than the final Milestone Completion Longstop Date for such Project, together with any such other evidence as the Department may request in connection with the same.

More Definitions of Project Completion

Project Completion means satisfaction of all requirements of a grant agreement as determined after review or inspection by OPRD.
