Project Completion definition

Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Xxxxxx Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
Project Completion means, as determined by the Division, that the Project is complete to the reasonable satisfaction of the Division.

  • In no event, however, shall the Design-Builder be entitled to any extension of time absent proof of (1) delay to an activity on the critical path of the Project schedule, so as to actually delay the Project completion beyond the date of Substantial Completion or (2) delay transforming an activity into the critical path of the Project schedule, so as to actually delay the Project completion beyond the date of Substantial Completion.

  • The Project completion report may be submitted in substantially the same format as a quarterly progress report unless otherwise directed by Xxxxxxx.

  • Notice of Project completion and Grantor review shall be conditions to final disbursement of the Grant Funds.


More Definitions of Project Completion

Project Completion means the final completion of all Services described in Section I.C of this Agreement.
Project Completion means satisfaction of all requirements of a grant agreement as determined after review or inspection by OPRD.
