Project Deliverables definition

Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.
Project Deliverables means the individual deliverables including, but not limited to, any reports, technical notes, documents, drawings, models, data, webinars to be produced by the Contractor under this Contract;
Project Deliverables means the reports and the cost statements referred to in Article 4 of this contract and Article 4 of this Annex as well as any element designated as such in Annex I to this contract.

  • The Delivery Body will have responsibility for a Programme of Investment and the day-to-day management and implementation of the Project and of the agreed Project Deliverables (subject to the receipt of the SAMM Contributions and availability of SAMM Contributions for expenditure on the Project Deliverables in accordance with Schedule 2 and the Programme of Investment).

  • The Parties agree that the National Trust will be the Delivery Body and authorise it to sign agreements in relation to the implementation of the agreed and approved Project Deliverables of the SAMM Programme.
