Completion Dates definition

Completion Dates means the schedule of dates by which specified portions of the Recreation Center, Stadium Facilities and Infrastructure Improvements, as applicable, must be completed in accordance with this Agreement and the Project Timeline set forth in Exhibit E, subject to extension due to Excusable Delays as provided herein.

• The Parties acknowledge that Owner will be prejudiced if Architect fails to provide the notices and proposed Change Orders as required under this Section 9.4, and agree that such requirements are an express condition precedent to any right for an adjustment in the Contract Price, Payment Schedule, Time Schedule, Completion Dates or any other modification to any other obligation of Architect under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Completion Dates

Completion Dates means the date or dates specified in the Purchase Order by which the Supplier will fully and satisfactorily complete the Service(s). “Contract” means the agreement between the Company and the Supplier, whereby the Supplier sells or supplies Products or Equipment or provides a Service to the Company, incorporating these Terms and Conditions.

Completion Dates are as set forth in the Redevelopment Project Schedule, subject to any tolling or extensions as provided in or pursuant to this Redevelopment Agreement, whether due to Uncontrollable Circumstance or otherwise.
