Project Completion Date definition

Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Project Completion Date means the date set out in Section 2.3 on which the Applicant anticipates completing the Project, understood to be the Milestone Completion Date of the last Milestone as indicated in Schedule D;
Project Completion Date means the date on which Recipient completes the Project.

  • In the event that the Developer fails (a) to complete the Project by the Mandatory Project Completion Date, or (b) to expend the full amount of the Private Investment by the Mandatory Project Completion Date, then upon the written demand of the Commission, the Developer will repay the Commission One Hundred Fifty Percent (150%) of the portion of the Funding Amount expended by the Commission in furtherance of the Local Public Improvements as of the date of the Commission’s demand.


More Definitions of Project Completion Date

Project Completion Date means the date on which the Provisional Certificate is issued and, in the event, no Provisional Certificate is issued, the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Project Completion Date means the date specified in the agreement on which the Scope of Work will be fully completed. This term is only used in loan agreements.
