Consecutive Work Days. Upon request by the nurse, the Employer shall make all reasonable efforts to avoid scheduling the nurse for work weeks consisting of more than five (5) consecutive work days.
Consecutive Work Days. Employees shall be scheduled to work no more than six (6) days straight unless otherwise mutually agreed between the Employer(s) and the Local of the Union. Discussion on implementation of this article shall take place between the Employer(s) and the Local of the Union.

Consecutive Work Days. The Employer shall use its best efforts to avoid working full- time and part-time employees in excess of six (6) consecutive days. This provision shall not apply when an employee initiates an offer to management to work additional shifts.
Consecutive Work Days. Except as otherwise specifically provided, the regular full time work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive working days in a seven (7) day period, and only one (1) of the working days can be a Saturday or a Sunday.

The Hospital will make every reasonable effort to schedule two (2) days off for employees and so arrange schedules that no employee will work for more than seven (7) consecutive days without two (2)days off except by mutual agreement between the parties. Split days off may be to enable scheduling of one weekend off in three (3) by mutual agreement of the parties. TIME OFF BETWEEN Where the Hospital is unable to schedule sixteen (16) hours off between shifts, all hours that reduce this sixteen (16) hour time period will be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay. This provision shall not apply where the employee agrees in writing to work a further scheduled shift less than sixteen (16) hours following their preceding shift. This also shall not apply as a result of an exchange of shifts between employees. NO GUARANTEE The aforementioned hours of work shall not be construed as a guarantee of any minimum or as a restriction of any maximum number of hours to be worked.
Consecutive Work Days. If any employee is required to work more than seven (7) consecutive days, then the time worked on consecutive days thereafter shall be at the rate of time and one‐half (1‐1/2) of the employee’s straight‐time hourly rate unless the employee mutually agrees to another schedule. An employee may be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive five (5) hour shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. up to forty‐five (45) hours (9 shifts) without paying overtime. If it is necessary to schedule an employee to more than said nine (9) consecutive shifts, then the Employer shall pay time and one half (1‐1/2) for any hours worked on consecutive days thereafter in excess of forty‐five (45) hours.
