Compliance with University Policies. Resident is required to follow all University and Student Housing policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines, whether documented in the M Book, the University policy directory, posted on the official Student Housing website, or published by the University. Where the circumstances warrant, Student Housing may issue Resident an administrative incident report that provides Resident written notice of any alleged housing violation or violation of University policy. Depending on the nature of the allegations, the matter may be addressed with Student Housing, through the University’s student conduct process, or reported to the University Police Department or the pertinent law enforcement authority.
Compliance with University Policies. ENTERTAINER/PERFORMER shall, and shall cause its suppliers, officers, agents, guests, affiliates, or contractors to, at all times comply with all policies, rules and written or unwritten directives of TRINITY, including but not limited to Alcohol, Drugs, Weapons, Tobacco-Free, and Sexual Misconduct. TRINITY policies are available on its website.
Compliance with University Policies. Artists/Presenters hereby agree to comply with any and all rules and regulations governing student contact at Plymouth State University. Specifically, the prohibition of alcohol and the prohibition of the possession of, use and/or sale of any controlled drug as designated by the U.S. Federal Government.
Compliance with University Policies. I understand and agree that there are other University policies regarding financial aid and my student account as described in the University Record, and I understand and agree that I will abide by the policies found in the University Record at xxxxx://xxx0.xxxxxxxx.xxx/registrar/index.html and incorporated herein by reference. Failure to Pay University Financial Obligations: I understand that enrolled students may be suspended from the University for past due financial obligations. Suspension includes dropping of courses and prevention from course enrollment for future terms. Current students will have their debts offset against any credit balances and other proceeds, such as loan checks. Current and former students will have a finance hold placed on their student account preventing them from adding classes or obtaining an academic transcript. I understand that past due obligations will be reported to the state for offset against state income tax refunds, state vendor payments, and lottery winnings, and may be reported to credit bureaus, referred to third party collection agencies or the State Attorney General, or litigated. Debtors may be assessed collection costs of up to fifty percent of their debt.
Compliance with University Policies. In performing the Services and while at any University facilities, Vendor personnel shall: (a) conduct themselves in a businesslike manner; (b) comply with the policies, procedures, and rules of the University regarding safety and health and professional and ethical conduct; (c) comply with the finance, accounting, banking, Internet, security, and/or other applicable standards, policies, practices, processes, procedures, and controls of the University; and (d) abide by all laws applicable to University facilities and/or the provision of the Services. University policies are available on University’s website; any University policies not available on University’s website will be communicated in writing to Vendor’s personnel and in such case, Vendor shall be responsible for the promulgation and distribution of University policies to Vendor personnel to the extent necessary and appropriate.
Compliance with University Policies. (a) Contractor hereby certifies that all employees, subcontractor employees and volunteers who will work on University premises or who will represent the University at non-University locations have successfully passed the background checks specified for “Third-party Employees” in University Policy HR99 found at the following website: xxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxx/policies/OHR/hr99.html. In addition, Contractor agrees to require its employees, subcontractors and volunteers to self-report any felony or misdemeanor arrests or convictions in accordance with Penn State Policy HR99 and Contractor shall notify Penn State regarding same. Upon request, Contractor shall provide evidence of its compliance with this Section AA.(a).
Compliance with University Policies. While on the University’s campus for the performance of work or any deliveries, the Seller agrees to comply with all applicable University policies. Seller understands that the University is an active higher education campus and that all delivery of services or work must be performed in a manner to minimize disruption of operations. Under no circumstance shall any driveway, access road, or walkway be blocked by Seller’s vehicles to prohibit use of, or disruption to pedestrian or vehicular traffic to the buildings. Parking. If at any xxxx Xxxxxx shall be on the premises of the University, then Seller is responsible for acquiring a valid University parking permit, obeying all parking regulations, and paying all fines assessed for violations of parking regulations. Seller is responsible for ensuring this clause is included in Seller’s agreements with subcontractors. Smoke Free Campus. University is a smoke free environment. Fines may be assessed for violations. Seller is responsible for ensuring this clause is included in Seller’s agreements with subcontractors.
Compliance with University Policies. Contractor agrees to comply with all University Policies. All University Policies and Procedures Statements may be viewed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/effective/upps/ PERSONNEL; RESPONSIBILITY FOR INDIVIDUALS PERFORMING WORK; CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS Provider will provide representation that it has conducted the following background checks on its officers, employees, or other persons it causes to be on location of any Program: Sex offender and criminal history databases where the above individuals will be placed on the program location, working with or around students; Criminal history and credit history background checks where the above individuals will be handling money, informational technology, or other security-sensitive areas as determined by University;
Compliance with University Policies. Entity will comply with all applicable University policies, available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxx/policylibrary and any policies that may be posted at any University facility or venue.
Compliance with University Policies. Contractor acknowledges the provisions of the Bucknell University's Conduct Regulations as they pertain to Bucknell staff, as set forth in the current edition of the Staff Handbook. Contractor is required to adhere to these standards, as well as those set forth in Bucknell University’s Contractor Code of Conduct and failure to do so will be deemed as a breach of this Agreement. A copy of the Code of Conduct is available in the Facilities Office main reception area.
