Under No Circumstance is the Adoptive Parent permitted to return a child to their country of origin without NB's express authority and the Central Authority or the Foreign Service Provider in the country of origin. If a child is sent to their country of origin, the Adoptive Parent is responsible for arranging the return, the child's safety, and travel expenses. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE ADOPTIVE PARENT TO FIND A REPLACEMENT FAMILY AND DISRUPT OR DISSOLVE THE ADOPTION ON THEIR OWN.
