On-Site Services. Providing administration or observation of construction beyond the Basic Services provided pursuant to Exhibit B.
On-Site Services. If Vendor performs any services at one of Alorica’s sites, upon Alorica’s request, Vendor will immediately remove from all facilities and replace any personnel who are unsatisfactory to Alorica for any reason. Vendor warrants that all Vendor personnel assigned to the Alorica facility shall have a prior satisfactory work record in a responsible capacity and be legally authorized to work in the Philippines. Vendor further agrees, while Xxxxxx's personnel are on Alorica’s premises, that they will abide by Alorica’s normal rules of work.
On-Site Services. Garver and its representatives shall comply with Owner’s and its separate contractor’s Project-specific safety programs, which have been provided to Garver in writing in advance of any site visits.
On-Site Services. A. Project site visits by BMcD during investigation, observation, construction or equipment installation, or the furnishing of Project representatives shall not make BMcD responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures; for construction safety precautions or programs; or for any construction contractor(s') failure to perform its work in accordance with the contract documents.
On-Site Services. Supplier may provide Customer with on-site services for or related to the Solution (“On-site Services”) as may be described in one or more mutually agreed to Schedules which shall contain items such as a description of the services, the services rate(s), and the services period. Customer shall reimburse Supplier for travel and per diem expenses incurred in connection with On-site Services that are reasonable, necessary and pre- approved by Customer in writing for Supplier.
On-Site Services. If any SOTI personnel (including employees or permitted subcontractors) are on Customer’s’ premises, SOTI shall cause such persons to comply with all of Customer’s rules, regulations and policies regarding the workplace as well as applicable security procedures and fitness for duty requirements, including, without limitation, its policy on drugs and alcohol (collectively “Workplace Rules”). Customer may immediately remove any SOTI personnel from Customer’s premises for security reasons or for noncompliance with Customer’s Workplace Rules. Any equipment or personal property brought onto Customer’s premises during any such visit shall at all times remain the property of SOTI. In the event of lost or misplaced equipment/personal property Customer will immediately notify SOTI upon discovery and parties will discuss arrangements to have said property returned at SOTI’s expense. Customer may request the replacement of any SOTI personnel that Customer reasonably determines is not satisfactorily performing the Services (including, without limitation, for reasons of interpersonal skills) and SOTI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with such request. The parties acknowledge and agree that XXXX receives Customer property, upon which the Services are to be provided to Customer (the “Property”) with respect to its covenants and obligations set forth in any work order, in “as-is, where-is” condition, with any and all patent and latent defects.
On-Site Services. In the event that Vendor's obligations hereunder require or contemplate performance of services by Vendor's employees, or persons under contract to Vendor, to be done on Satellite's property, or property of Satellite's customers, the Vendor agrees that (i) all such work shall be done as an independent contractor and that the persons doing such work shall not be considered employees of the Satellite, (ii),Vendor shall maintain all necessary insurance coverages, including workers compensation insurance, for any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the services covered by this paragraph, (iii) prior to commencing services Vendor shall provide a copy of Vendor’s workers compensation policy and proof that Satellite has been named an additional insured on the aforementioned policy, and (iv) Vendor will indemnify, defend and hold Satellite harmless from all losses, damages, claims, demands, or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever, including legal expenses and attorney's fees, arising from Vendor’s failure to comply with the obligations of this section.
On-Site Services. Whenever OpenNMS personnel are performing Consulting Services at Client's premises, OpenNMS will comply with all reasonable workplace safety and security policies that are applicable to all Client's employees and other contractors equally, which policies are provided to OpenNMS in writing and in advance of OpenNMS personnel arriving at Client’s premises.
On-Site Services. Upon the reasonable request of Licensee, and submission of a purchase order for such services agreeing to pay for such services on a time and materials basis in accordance with Appendix C, to DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-3734 and Section 5(a)(4), Service Provider may provide on-site Maintenance and Support Services at Licensee’s facilities in connection with the correction of any Error(s) involving a mission critical function of the Software that is not functioning in a production/operating environment.
On-Site Services. Contractor agrees that, while present at any SBHASO facility and/or when accessing SBHASO’s computer networks, it and all of its Workforce, agents, and Subcontractors at all times will comply with any network access and other security practices, policies, and procedures established by SBHASO including, without limitation, those established pursuant to HIPAA.
