University premises definition

University premises means buildings or grounds owned, leased, operated, controlled, or supervised by Wayne State University or Wayne Housing Authority.
University premises means buildings or grounds owned or leased by the university, or in which the university has an ownership interest, including, but not limited to, buildings or grounds in which students reside and university food service facilities are located; Marvin Center facilities; Columbia Plaza; and facilities operated in the name of any officially registered student organization. This definition is not limited to buildings or grounds owned or leased by the university at the Foggy Bottom campus.
University premises means (1) any university-owned or controlled property or (2) non-university property during the period of time when it is used for authorized university functions including, but not limited to, registration, classroom or laboratory instruction, lectures, concerts, receptions, assemblies, intramural activities or intercollegiate athletic events. University premises do not include off-campus property used for student organization events or activities.
