Supplemental Documents. The Surety shall at the request of the Landlord join in any document made supplemental or collateral to the Lease.
Supplemental Documents. The Contractor’s Supplemental Documents included with the Master Agreement as Exhibits and/or Attachment apply to the products and services they support where authorized under this Participating Addendum. Terms and Conditions under Master Agreement Exhibits and/or Attachments, if applicable to a purchase, shall be reviewed and negotiated by each State UGU in accordance with individual associated risk and applicable State and UGU governing law, in which case, governing law shall govern in case of any conflicting requirements.

ESCO shall prepare, reproduce and distribute supplemental drawings, Plans and Specifications and shall issue interpretations in response to requests for clarification by Owner’s Project Manager, or subcontractors or as required by construction exigencies. ESCO shall be responsible for notifying the appropriate parties of Owner's instructions and of changed requirements and schedule revisions.
Supplemental Documents. All changes, additions, supplements, modifications, amendments, extensions, renewals, revisions and guaranties to, of or for any agreement or instrument included in the foregoing.

Supplemental Documents. The Contractor’s Supplemental Documents are attached to the Master Agreement as Attachment A through Attachment I, as amended in the State of Alaska Participating Addendum. No additional documents other than specified herein will be signed, by purchasing entity both government agency or political subdivision, no additional terms and conditions will be placed on orders through the dealer/reseller. If a purchasing entity mistakenly agrees to additional terms not included in this Participating Addendum or Master Agreement, those terms and conditions voided. Reporting: Detailed Sales Data Required Reports: Contractor must submit quarterly reports to the Contracting Officer assigned by the State to manage this Participating Addendum. Report must show detailed sales data by customer type, e.g. state entity, local government, higher education and K12. These reports are due thirty days after the end of the quarter. The state of Alaska will require all reporting from past contracts (NV1715, 3091, and B27174) on one usage report, the administrative fee will apply to all sales under all existing agreements.
