The Credit Bureaus clause authorizes one or both parties to obtain and use credit reports or credit information from recognized credit bureaus. Credit Bureaus. Owner Agent may report delinquent Residents to the credit bureaus resulting in a negative credit report if resident pays rent late 2 or more times in a 12-month period or if Resident fails to meet other financial obligations under the agreement; these may include, late fees, or other charges resulting from damages, fines or violations in the property.

10.3. Truworths may also provide my confidential and consumer credit information and shopping patterns to its associated companies or agents and to any party concerned with the prevention of and protection against crime.
