Governmental Entities reserve the right to subject Vendor Personnel to additional background checks at any time prior to or during any engagement.
Vendor Personnel may be required to authorize the release of the results of criminal history checks, including those through the FBI, to one or more Governmental Entities.
No Vendor Personnel shall be considered employees of Governmental Entities making purchases under the Agreement for any reason.
Vendor Personnel may be required to sign a Governmental Entity’s standard confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement(s), or other confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement(s) as may be required by applicable law, rule, regulation, or policy.
Vendor shall take such steps as necessary to ensure Vendor Contractors and Vendor Personnel are bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Section.
