Vendor Personnel definition

Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

Vendor Personnel means all of Vendor’s employees, agents, and subcontractors who perform or provide Services.

Vendor Personnel or "Vendor's Personnel" means (a) with respect to the Vendor, all of the Vendor's personnel, employees and independent vendors (including the Key Personnel and the Vendor's Representative) engaged in the performance of the Work; and (b) with respect to each Subvendor, all of that Subvendor's personnel, employees and independent vendors engaged in the performance of the Work.

• Governmental Entities reserve the right to subject Vendor Personnel to additional background checks at any time prior to or during any engagement.

• Vendor Personnel may be required to authorize the release of the results of criminal history checks, including those through the FBI, to one or more Governmental Entities.

• No Vendor Personnel shall be considered employees of Governmental Entities making purchases under the Agreement for any reason.

• Vendor Personnel may be required to sign a Governmental Entity’s standard confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement(s), or other confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement(s) as may be required by applicable law, rule, regulation, or policy.

• Vendor shall take such steps as necessary to ensure Vendor Contractors and Vendor Personnel are bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Section.

More Definitions of Vendor Personnel

Vendor Personnel means any employee, officer, director, agent, affiliate, contractor or subcontractor of Vendor.

Vendor Personnel means the Vendor’s employees, agents suppliers or subcontractors.

Vendor Personnel or “Vendor’s Personnel” means (a) with respect to the Vendor, all of the Vendor’s personnel, employees and independent contractors (including the Vendor’s Representative) engaged in the performance of the Work; and (b) with respect to each Subvendor, all of that Subvendor’s personnel, employees and independent contractors engaged in the performance of the Work; provided, however, for purposes of this Contract, a Placed Person shall be deemed not to be a Vendor Personnel.

Vendor Personnel shall be defined as any Vendor employees or Subcontractors (as defined in Section 19.5) of Vendor responsible for performing Services under this Agreement.

Vendor Personnel means employees of Vendor and its subcontractors who perform the Services pursuant to the Agreement.

Vendor Personnel means Vendor’s employees, representatives, contractors, collaborators and consultants.

Vendor Personnel means any employee, officer, director, agent, affiliate, contractor, or subcontractor of a Vendor.
