Additional Course Enrollment purchases are subject to a 5 (five) Course Enrollment minimum and will be available until the end of the Agreement contract term or six (6) months from the date of invoice, whichever is greater.

Course Enrollment - A non-paid leave of absence for the enrollment of the classified employee in an accredited institution in a course of study relating to that employee's assignment may be approved by the Board of Trustees.
