Parking Permit definition

Parking Permit means a permit issued by the Council to residents allowing the parking of a vehicle in a residents parking bay on the highway within the area of the Council but not including a disabled person’s “purple badge” issued pursuant to Section 21 of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970
Parking Permit means a season ticket, contract permit, business permit, staff permit, disabled badge or resident’s permit of a type and design issued by the Council;

Parking Permit means a device such as but not limited to a decal, placard or tag distributed by the department of administrative services or the legislative branch and used to identify the vehicle of a state employee or council member in capitol complex and legislative parking areas.
