Vehicular traffic. The Magical Realm Fantasy Faire reserves the right to halt vehicular traffic at the beginning and end of each day to insure that all performances have finished and that all patrons have left the festival grounds. The roadway will not be opened until half an hour after close each day at the earliest, and may remain closed if deemed unsafe. Please be advised that vehicular traffic may not be possible. All cars must be off the festival site one hour prior to open each day of the festival. The ONLY exception to this rule is in the case of a tornado or other weather emergency as declared by the Executive Directors of the festival.

Vehicular traffic. The Lessee shall control all vehicular traffic on the roadways and other areas within the Premises and shall take all precautions necessary to promote the safety and security of its customers, patrons, business visitors and all other persons, and the Premises itself. The Lessee shall employ such means as may be necessary to direct the movement of vehicular traffic within the Premises to prevent traffic congestion on the public roadways leading to the Premises.
Vehicular traffic. Traffic congestion within the town was significantly relieved by the opening of the Maynooth-Kilcock By-Pass (M4). However, as in other towns, traffic levels within the town have continued to increase and this remains an issue that the Council will seek to address. It is the Policy of the Council to seek to improve residential amenity, traffic flow and the provision of public transport in conjunction with the Garda, Maynooth Chamber of Commerce, and residents’ associations. The Council recognises that additional road capacity is required to cater for the ever increasing volumes of traffic and to service the expansion of the town. The basis of the Council’s roads policy will be to relieve traffic congestion in the town centre and minimise through traffic in residential areas. A number of distributor roads are planned to improve the circulation of traffic around the town. While the primary purpose of these roads is the safe and efficient circulation of traffic, the Council will endevour to ensure that the environment of these roads is as pleasant and safe as possible through appropriate landscaping and their passive supervision through encouraging overlooking by residential and other development. The Council will seek to improve the sign-posting of traffic into, through and out of the town.
Vehicular traffic. The traffic laws of the City shall apply to the streets, roads, and parking areas on the airport, unless restricted by the Airport Director. Vehicular access to aircraft in the General Aviation area is permitted for the purpose of loading and unloading only. Except for firefighting equipment, ambulances, emergency vehicles, and aircraft maintenance vehicles, no person shall take or drive any vehicle on the airport, other than on established streets, roads and automobile parking facilities, unless permission has been first obtained from the Airport Director.
Vehicular traffic. For a Major or Mid-Tier Event, the Owner, only with the approval and consent of and in conjunction with CDOT, will erect temporary signage and traffic control as necessary to allow access to the PBG Farm Property at the specific location approved by COOT pursuant to permit #416017, authorizing 1,000 1,400vehicles maximum per day. The Owner will install all temporary signage and traffic control in accordance with Town and CDOT requirements and an annually agreed upon number of a minimum of two (2) BCSO deputies will supervise and direct traffic at the PBG Farm Property entrance. All costs related to temporary signage and traffic control shall be borne by Owner. Additionally, the Owner shall implement the recommendations set forth in the Traffic Control Plan, following review and approval of the Traffic Control Plan by the Town Administrator and the Boulder County Sheriffs Department.
Vehicular traffic. 33.3.1 The DBO Contractor shall provide for a safe and efficient flow of vehicle traffic on the Facility Lands. The DBO Contractor shall use all efforts to minimize the length of vehicle line-ups at the Facility and to avoid spill over of line ups off the property. The DBO Contractor shall provide an adequate number of employees to control and direct traffic.

For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • Local Traffic Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network within Verizon's then current local calling area (including non-optional local calling scope arrangements) as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer Tariffs. A non- optional local calling scope arrangement is an arrangement that provides Customers a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), beyond their basic exchange serving area. Local Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic (i.e., traffic that under an optional rate package chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area). IntraLATA calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis are not considered Local Traffic. Local Traffic does not include any Internet Traffic.

  • Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers 1. Each Party shall ensure that any monopoly supplier of a service in its territory does not, in the supply of the monopoly service in the relevant market, act in a manner inconsistent with that Party's obligations under specific commitments in its Schedule in Annex III (Schedule of Specific Commitments on Trade in Services).

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
