Care and Condition. LICENSEE shall be responsible for the care and maintenance of the premises and all facilities located thereon during the period of this Agreement. Upon the vacation date and time above, LICENSEE shall return the premises to the Go 4th Festival Association in as clean and good a condition as when received. LICENSEE shall be responsible for removing from the premises, on or before the vacation date and time above, all personal property. If such property is not removed in a timely fashion, the Go 4th Festival Association shall have the right to remove, store, sell, or otherwise dispose of it at LICENSEE’S expense. The LICENSEE assumes all risk of loss or damage, by theft or otherwise, to the property incurred during or as a result of any removal, storage, sale, or other disposition by the Go 4th Festival Association. LICENSEE expressly agrees that sale or other permanent disposition, private or public, may occur not less than thirty (30) days from the vacation date. LICENSEE, by executing this Agreement, acknowledges receipt of a copy of the rules and regulations for occupancy and use of the subject premises and agrees to make the same known to all of LICENSEE’S invitees, agents, employees, exhibitors, participants, and volunteers. LICENSEE shall provide reasonable policing and traffic control of persons expected or reasonably expected to be in attendance at any time during the event. LICENSEE shall be liable for loss or damage.
Care and Condition. Borrower must use proper care, industry recommended standards and good judgement in using, storing, and maintaining EQUIPMENT in the same condition lent to Borrower, normal wear and tear excluded, as determined by UW in its sole discretion. EQUIPMENT are being provided to Borrower on an “as is” basis. RAPID disclaims all implied or express warranties, including the warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and intellectual property infringement in relation to the EQUIPMENT and their function.
Care and Condition. Lessee shall not display signs, exterior lights, or markings. No awnings or other projections shall be attached to the outside of the building. No goods/materials of any kind/description which are combustible or would increase fire risk or shall in any way increase the fire insurance rate with respect to the premises or any law or regulation, may be taken or placed in a storage area or the residence itself. Smoke detectors must be working correctly at all times (do not remove the batteries). Storage in all such areas shall be at Lessees risk and Lessor shall not be responsible for any injury or loss. Garages shall not be used for automotive body or paint work. Lessee may not remodel or paint or structurally change, nor remove, any fixture there from without written permission from Lessor. When hanging items on the walls please use small nails, tacks or small screws. Do not use poster putty or large nails, screws, etc. There may be no installing of any appliance such as but not limited to: dishwashers or air conditioners without written consent of Lessor. Lessee shall provide sufficient heat at all times to prevent freezing of water pipes on the premises.

Care and Condition. The Buyer has the sole responsibility for properly feeding and nutritioning a developing and functioning Show Dog. To the best of his/her ability, the Buyer will provide for a safe and healthy environment. He/she will never knowingly nor through neglect, place the Show Dog in xxxxx way. The Buyer will also, to the best of his/her ability, keep the Show Dog in proper health and condition for show ring competition. The buyer will provide a fenced yard to prevent the Show Dog from running the streets. The Buyer will provide the care of a qualified veterinarian in the case of illness or injury, and for preventative health care. The Buyer will provide shelter and shade from the weather, both in winter and in the summer. Buyer will provide plenty of kind attention, clean water and allow this dog to be a companion in your home and not make this dog live outside. The Buyer will at NO TIME allow the Show Dog to ride outside of a travel crate, while in or on the bed of a pick up truck or any other open vehicle.
Care and Condition. The Owner has the sole responsibility for properly feeding and nurturing the Puppy. To the best of his/her ability, the owner will provide for a safe and healthy environment. He/She will never knowingly nor through neglect, place the Puppy in harm's way. The owner will also, to the best of his/her ability, keep the Puppy in proper health and condition. The owner shall properly care for, feed, and provide adequate medical attention for such dog. The term "properly care for" shall mean a premium quality dog food (certified by AFCO or CVA) in adequate amounts, fresh water, provision for shelter, a dog run or a fenced yard and maintenance of annual vaccines, fecal checks and any required routine or emergency veterinarian care. It is understood that the dog will not be allowed to roam free; and will either be confined to its fenced yard, be on a leash or under total voice control and direct supervision of the owner at all times. Underground fencing is not considered a reliable means of confinement and therefore not considered a fenced yard. It is understood that the dog will not be chained up, tied up or staked out as a method of confining. It is understood that said dog is to be maintained as a house pet. It is understood that said dog will not be allowed to ride unsecured in the back of an open pick-up truck. Buyer agrees to enroll Puppy in s puppy socialization class and or puppy kindergarten class. Breeder also suggests the Puppy go through a basic dog obedience class. Obtaining a CGC certificate is suggested. This puppy will not be sent to any board & train facility, or live outside the Buyers residence without permission from the Breeder, including any xxxx training facility. Buyer agrees to have said Puppy, female, spayed at 12 months of age. Male shall be neutered at between 12 -18 months of age. PROVISIONS These warranties are the only ones made and no other express or implied warranties are made or will be honored. Said Puppy is to be healthy and free from infectious diseases for a seventy-two (72) hour period thereafter. After that time, no health provisions are made with the exception of Canine Hip Dysplasia. It is agreed that the owner, at the owner’s expense, have the Puppy examined by their local veterinarian seventy-two hours of purchase. Care and Condition. The Licensee has examined the Premises, and accepts the same in its present condition. It is agreed that the County shall not be bound by any warranty or representation as to the condition of the Premises, or in any other manner except as stated herein. The Licensee shall be responsible for the Premises herein described, shall maintain the same in a neat and clean condition and shall return the same upon termination in as good a condition and repair as the same now are or may be put into, normal wear and tear, casualty loss not the fault of the Licensee, and damage solely caused by the County and its employees acting within the scope of their employment excepted. The County is under no obligation to maintain, replace or repair any of its facilities or any other obligation not stated in this Agreement.
