Consent of Lessor. (a) Unless specified otherwise herein, Lessor's consent to any request of Lessee may be conditioned or withheld in Lessor's sole discretion. Lessor shall have no liability for damages resulting from Lessor's failure to give any consent, approval or instruction reserved to Lessor, Lessee's sole remedy in any such event being an action for injunctive relief.

Consent of Lessor. Except as specifically set forth in this Lease, all consents and approvals to be granted by Lessor shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and Lessee’s sole remedy against Lessor for the failure to grant any consent shall be to seek injunctive relief. In no circumstance will Lessee be entitled to damages with respect to the failure to grant any consent or approval.
Consent of Lessor. 6.1 Lessee shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to the Leased Premises without the prior written consent of Lessor. Consent for nonstructural alterations, additions, or improvements shall not be unreasonably withheld by Lessor.

Consent of Lessor. Lessee agrees that whenever consent, approval or direction by the Lessor is required under the terms contained herein, all such consent, approval or direction shall be received in writing from Lessor.
Consent of Lessor. With respect to the Required Improvements, as defined in Section 4.1 above, Lessee shall submit a description of the specific Required Improvements to be installed by Lessee during the Lease Term as described in Section 4.1 above for Lessor’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably delayed or denied. If Lessor has any questions about the planned Required Improvements, the Parties shall meet in good faith to address such questions. In no event shall Lessee be required to incur costs above the Improvement Cost as set forth in Section 4.1 above, to complete the Required Improvements. The Lessee, at is sole discretion, may hire outside parties to construct and complete the Requirement Improvements. For any other improvements contemplated by Lessee beyond the Required Improvements, Lessee shall not construct or make any installations, additions, improvements or alterations in or to the Premises, without the prior written consent of Lessor.

Consent of Lessor. Where this Lease requires the Lessee to obtain any consent or approval of the Lessor, the Lessor will grant that consent or approval in its capacity as the owner of the Premises only. The Lessee must separately obtain through the Lessor any consent or approval it requires from the Lessor acting as regulatory authority. Similarly, any consent or approval the Lessee obtains from the Lessor acting as territorial authority, does not constitute the consent of the Lessor pursuant to this lease.
