Upon Termination. In the event this Agreement is terminated by the OAG, the Provider will deliver documentation of ownership or title, if appropriate for all supplies, equipment and personal property purchased with grant funds to the OAG, within 30 days after termination of this Agreement. Any finished or unfinished documents, data, correspondence, reports and other products prepared by or for the Provider under this Agreement will be made available to and for the exclusive use of the OAG.
Upon Termination. (i) all rights granted to you under this Agreement will also terminate; and
Upon Termination. Except as otherwise stated in Section 6, in the event Executive leaves the employ of the Company for any reason prior to the date the Annual Bonus is paid, Executive is not eligible to earn such Annual Bonus, prorated or otherwise.
Upon Termination. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to the Licensee under this Agreement with respect to the Licensed Name shall cease, and the Licensee shall immediately discontinue use of the Licensed Name.
Upon Termination. In the event Employee leaves the employ of the Company for any reason prior to payment of any bonus, he is not eligible for such bonus, prorated or otherwise.
Upon Termination. In addition to the above sick leave conversion, employees who are pensioned or who elect to terminate their BCPSS service without pension and have completed at least twenty (20) years of service, regardless of age, shall be entitled to convert one (1) day’s pay for each four (4) days of unused accumulated sick leave at the time of their retirement and/or termination from BCPSS service.
Upon Termination. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, all rights and license granted to the Fund under this Section 10 with respect to the Licensed Name shall cease, and the Fund shall immediately discontinue use of the Licensed Name.

Upon any termination of this Agreement, the Receiving Party shall continue to maintain the confidentiality of the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information and, upon request and to the extent practicable, destroy all materials containing such Confidential Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party may retain a copy of any Confidential Information if required by applicable law or regulation, in accordance with internal compliance policy, or pursuant to automatic computer archiving and back-up procedures, subject at all times to the continuing applicability of the provisions of this Agreement.
Upon Termination. 19. I agree that my obligations under this Agreement will continue after termination of my employment, expiration of my contract, or my relationship ceases with the Company.
Upon Termination. CONTRACTOR shall deliver to SBCAG all data, estimates, graphs, summaries, reports, and all other property, records, documents or papers as may have been accumulated or produced by CONTRACTOR in performing this Agreement, whether completed or in process, except such items as SBCAG may, by written permission, permit CONTRACTOR to retain. Notwithstanding any other payment provision of this Agreement, SBCAG shall pay CONTRACTOR for satisfactory services performed to the date of termination to include a prorated amount of compensation due hereunder less payments, if any, previously made. In no event shall CONTRACTOR be paid an amount in excess of the full price under this Agreement nor for profit on unperformed portions of service. CONTRACTOR shall furnish to SBCAG such financial information as in the judgment of SBCAG is necessary to determine the reasonable value of the services rendered by CONTRACTOR. In the event of a dispute as to the reasonable value of the services rendered by CONTRACTOR, the decision of SBCAG shall be final. The foregoing is cumulative and shall not affect any right or remedy which SBCAG may have in law or equity.
