Clean Water. (A) The CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq . The CONTRACTOR agrees to report each violation to the COMMISSION and understands and agrees that the Purchaser will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office.
Clean Water. All Contracts and Subcontracts over $100,000 Contractor shall comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 USC 1251 et seq. Contractor shall report each violation to the recipient and understands and agrees that the recipient shall, in turn, report each violation as required to FTA and the appropriate EPA Regional Office. Contractor shall include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $100,000 financed in whole or in part with FTA assistance.
Clean Water. The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq. The Contractor agrees to report each violation to the County and understands and agrees that the County will, in turn, report each violation as required to assure notification to the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor agrees it will not use any violating facilities. It will report the use of facilities placed on or likely to be placed on the U.S. EPA “List of Violating Facilities”. It will report violations of use of prohibited facilities to the appropriate EPA Regional Office. The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance.
Clean Water. Except to the extent the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing, the Recipient agrees to comply with all applicable Federal laws and regulations and follow applicable Federal directives implementing the Clean Water Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 through 1377. The Contractor also agrees to include these requirements in each subcontract exceeding $150,000 financed in whole or in part with Federal assistance provided by FTA.

The Recipient agrees to, and assures that its third party participants will, comply with the Clean Water Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 – 1377, and implementing Federal regulations, as provided in Federal directives, except as the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
