The Project Director will seek guidance and approval from Fiscal Sponsor on any proposed publications or press releases that may implicate the above concerns. By Fiscal Sponsor: In order to raise awareness of community work and Fiscal Sponsor’s collective shared-services model, Fiscal Sponsor may highlight the work of the Project on its website, social media, and in publications. Fiscal Sponsor will always attribute the work to being that of the Project. Fiscal Xxxxxxx agrees to consult with the Project Director regarding any planned media releases profiling the Project.   • PROJECT 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Site Improvements The City may require a Developer to undertake site improvements upon completion of construction. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, seeding or sodding of front yards, and 4' chain-link fencing. Said site improvements must be undertaken when seasonally appropriate. The City reserves the right to make an exception on a case-by-case basis.

  • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient.
