Data Import. The Sensus Analytics Application contains adapters for the import of data from; (a) Customer’s FlexNet System; and/or (b) AutoRead application for handheld and drive by systems, as applicable.

Data Import. Customer will provide data to be imported into the Service in an acceptable format as specified by Company, and Customer will provide to Company any such data in a timely manner and no later than 30 days after the Effective Date or any relevant Order Form. Company will not be able to import data or provide Services if files are improperly formatted, corrupt, incompatible, or contain errors or malicious code.
Data Import. The Service Provider undertakes to ensure that any data or files required to carry out the Assignment, which may need to be imported onto the ESM’s network, are free from any viruses or malicious code, which may either compromise security or damage any ESM data already stored on the network. All files must be checked using the latest version of the Virus checking software which is provided (and regularly updated) on the workstation provided by the ESM.
Data Import. ODV collections are extendable, and new data may be added at any time using one of the options from the Import menu. ODV supports a large variety of import data formats and data types, and the user invokes the import by choosing the menu option matching the particular format and data type. A file open dialog appears allowing selection of one or more data files to be imported. Alternatively, the user may also select a .lst list file containing the list of file names to be imported. The latter case allows import of files from more than one directory in a single import step. ODV supports import of data from arbitrary spreadsheet files. Spreadsheet files satisfying the ODV generic spreadsheet file rules can be imported automatically by simply dragging and dropping the files onto ODV. The ODV generic spreadsheet format allows specification of extended metadata and data variable properties.
Data Import. TalkingPoints will import all Raytown Quality Schools data for the purposes of text message communication for the participating schools. This data can be obtained from a variety of sources, which would include Raytown Quality Schools Student Information System (“SIS”) or prepopulated data files. TalkingPoints will import Raytown Quality Schools’s clean data at no additional cost, but Raytown Quality Schools and its schools will have access to online import tools if it wishes to control its own data imports. TalkingPoints will charge for any data clean up required. If Raytown Quality Schools opts to have TalkingPoints import its data, it will take a minimum of two (2) weeks and up to a maximum of six (6) weeks to import all data, provided that TalkingPoints has access to clean, high-quality data.

Data Import. Where a data import price is specified in the relevant Order, we shall perform one test import of Customer Data and one final import for each of your databases. Following the test import we shall perform testing of the Supplies followed by a final import to go live with the Supplies. Additional imports are available at your request and will be provided at our then current rate for data import services. Data import does not include cleansing of pre-existing errors, discrepancies or omissions in data.
Data Import. Cyres will create an appropriate computer program (“the Importer”) to transfer the Client’s data into the system supplied by Cyres. The functionality of the Importer will be based on (a) a data mapping document created by Cyres and (b) any formal import rules specified in writing by the Client prior to commencement of the creation of the Importer. Cyres will rectify any data not mapped correctly in accordance with (a) and (b). Once a single data import has been completed using the Importer in accordance with (a) and (b), then the Client will issue any written confirmation to that effect requested by Cyres. Any alteration to the Importer which is necessitated by changes to the Client’s data, import rules or mapping requirements notified to Cyres after commencement of the creation of the Importer may (at Cyres’ discretion) be chargeable as additional work in accordance with the Prevailing Rates.
Data Import. HappyTools is designed to use non-proprietary data formats, e.g. a text format that can be exported from ThermoFisher Chromeleon. The currently supported formats are ThermoFisher Chromeleon “.txt” and Waters Empower “.arw” files. HappyTools will implement support for additional data formats in future releases, until all current data formats are supported.
