Cloud Service means any distinct, hosted, supported and on-demand solution provided by SAP, an SAP Affiliate or an authorized reseller of SAP under an Order Form for Cloud Services.

More Definitions of Cloud Service

Cloud Service or “SAP Cloud Service” means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form, including the Tools provided by SAP to Provider in connection with this Agreement.

Cloud Service means any distinct on demand solution provided and supported by SAP under an Order Form.

Cloud Service means, collectively, the NetSuite online business application suite (and any optionally procured modules), including without limitation SuiteCloud Technologies, (the “NetSuite Service”) and the OpenAir online Professional Services Automation application suite (and any optionally procured modules) (the “OpenAir Service”) as described in the applicable User Guides that is procured by Customer from Oracle in the Estimate/Order Form and any subsequent Estimate/Order Form from time to time, including associated offline components, but excluding Third Party Applications, Support Services and Professional Services.

Cloud Service means any subscription-based, SAP hosted, supported and operated on- demand solution provided by SAP on behalf of the Partner to the Customer under the Cloud EULA Acceptance Form.

Cloud Service the Celonis software-as-a-service platform, the On-premise Component (if applicable), and the online supporting documents, as further described in the Documentation, but excluding Non-Celonis Applications and any links to third-party products or services contained in the Cloud Service.
