Training Model. A training model will be developed by the Partners aimed at equipping young musicians with a basket of skills not typically associated with musicians. These will include career portfolio management skills, presentation skills and audience development skills. Skills ‘hubs’ will be developed which will offer the activities of the orchestral work of T2020 as a central core activity around which young people involved in other areas of work - as well as the currently unemployed – will be able to generate activity and also learn from the high skill level of the member musicians who are participating in T2020.
