Approved Budget definition
Approved Budget means an annual budget-
Approved Budget. ’ means an annual budget approved by a municipal council.
Approved Budget means the total budget as approved by the Board of the Company upon the recommendation of the CSR Committee, which is to be utilized for CSR Projects.

The proceeds of the Second Amendment Term Loans made on the Second Amendment Effective Date shall be applied by the Borrowers for general working capital purposes, including the payment of fees and expenses relating to this Agreement, solely in accordance with the most recently delivered Approved Budget.
More Definitions of Approved Budget
Approved Budget means the Hotel Operating Budget prepared in accordance with Section 6.01 of this Agreement and approved in writing by Lessee.
