Approved Budget definition

Approved Budget means an annual budget-
Approved Budget. ’ means an annual budget approved by a municipal council.
Approved Budget means the total budget as approved by the Board of the Company upon the recommendation of the CSR Committee, which is to be utilized for CSR Projects.

  • Following the finalization or update of the Approved Budget, whether approved by the Board as a Board Reserved Matter or pursuant to Section 4.4(c) below, the Company shall implement in each Fiscal Year such Approved Budget.


More Definitions of Approved Budget

Approved Budget means the Hotel Operating Budget prepared in accordance with Section 6.01 of this Agreement and approved in writing by Lessee.
