AVAILABILITY AND PRICING Clause Samples

The 'Availability and Pricing' clause defines how and when products or services will be made available to the buyer, as well as the terms under which their prices are set. Typically, this clause outlines the seller's obligations to maintain sufficient stock or capacity, details any conditions that may affect availability, and specifies how prices are determined, including factors like market changes or notice requirements for price adjustments. Its core function is to provide transparency and predictability for both parties, reducing the risk of misunderstandings regarding supply and cost.
