Product Availability. If Microsoft is unable to ship a current version of a product for any ten (10) consecutive business days, CUSTOMER's purchases through distribution of those SKUs will count toward CUSTOMER's Qualified Sales for purchases of Rebate payment. Product Availability means the percentage of minutes during a calendar month that the licensed Product has not incurred a Product Outage. Product Availability is calculated as follows: (43,200 - total number of minutes of Product Outage during the calendar month) divided by 43,200.
