Local sales tax definition

Local sales tax means any sales and use tax imposed by any city, county, or city and county pursuant to the terms of the Bradley-Burns Uniform Local Sales and Use Tax Law (Part 1.5 (commencing with Section 7200) of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code) in accordance with the law in effect on January 1, 2003.
