Specific Orders. Prior to or during each quarter covered by a Quarterly Forecast, REG will deliver to West Central specific orders in a form reasonably agreed to by the Parties (each, a “Specific Order”), which will contain REG’s confirmation to West Central of its need for specific quantities of Oil per month. West Central will review all Specific Orders and the Parties will mutually agree upon a Total Price (utilizing the method set out in Section 4.1) applicable to Oil sold under a Specific Order. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, West Central will deliver to REG the quantity of Oil required by Specific Orders.
Specific Orders. Prior to or during each Period covered by a Forecast, Producer will deliver to Bunge specific orders in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (each, a “Specific Order”), which will contain Producer’s confirmation to Bunge of its need for specific quantities of Oil per month as the result of sales of biodiesel by Producer at the Facility. Bunge will review all Specific Orders and the Parties will mutually agree upon a Total Price (as defined in Section 4.1) applicable to Oil sold under a Specific Order. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement (including Sections 2.7 and 3.1), Bunge will deliver to Producer the quantity of Oil required by Specific Orders in accordance with this Article 2.
Specific Orders. 7.1. By using a form on the website (clause 6.2.), it should be possible to order books that are not currently available in the Supplier's system.
7.2. The Supplier will communicate by email. It is also possible to contact the Supplier by phone.
7.3. The Supplier must confirm the receipt of EDI orders by email.
Specific Orders. After Producer proposes to purchase Oil, the Contracting Parties will negotiate in good faith the Basis (as defined in Schedule 4.1) and delivery date(s) for the applicable quantity of oil, and if agreed, will enter into a purchase agreement for such Oil in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (a “Specific Order”), which will set forth the mutually agreed-upon Basis and delivery date(s). Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement (including Section 3.1), Bunge will deliver to Producer Oil as required by Specific Orders under this Article 2.
Specific Orders. Due to technical constraints, HEXONYS reserves the right to ship and invoice a quantity of goods that may vary by up to 10% more or less than the quantity shown on the order confirmation. The customer will take delivery of the quantity delivered and will pay the price.
