Local taxes definition

Local taxes means all taxes levied other than taxes levied for school operating purposes.
Local taxes means ad valorem taxes, sales taxes and other local taxes which are levied by or on the behalf of a taxing entity;
Local taxes means local property taxes, local income and excise taxes, and, for distributions after June 30, 1987, special assessments, which special assessments meet all of the following criteria:
