  • If electronic hardware is procured in an individual Order under the Basic Contract, GSA encourages Contractors to participate in and to utilize the Electronic Products Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT).

  • Purchase preference to Central Government Public Sector Undertaking, Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) and Domestically Manufactured Electronic Products (DMEP) shall be allowed as per Government instructions in vogue, as applicable.

  • Seller is and remains solely responsible for the full compliance of delivered Products or parts of Products with any applicable rules and regulations on restriction of hazardous substances (“RoHS Laws”) such as Directive 2011/65/EC as of 8 June 2011, the China Administrative Measures for Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products as of July 1, 2016 and all subsequent releases as well as all other national or local regulations issued in execution of the aforesaid RoHS Laws.

  • The rights and restrictions governing access to Wiley Online Library and the Electronic Products by the Licensee and its Authorized Users are outlined in the Terms and Conditions of Use below.

  • The contents of the Licensed Electronic Products are solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the Authorized Users.

Related to Electronic Products

  • Electronic prescription means a written prescription that is generated on an electronic application and is transmitted to a pharmacy as an electronic data file; Schedules II through V prescriptions shall be transmitted in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1300.

  • Electronic agent means a computer program or an electronic or other automated means used independently to initiate an action or respond to electronic records or performances in whole or in part, without review or action by an individual.

  • Electronic cigarette means any oral device that provides a vapor of liquid nicotine, lobelia, and/or other similar substance, and the use or inhalation of which simulates smoking. The term shall include any such devices, whether they are manufactured, distributed, marketed, or sold as e-cigarettes, e-cigars, e-pipes, or under another product name or descriptor.

  • Mobile electronic device means any hand-held or other portable electronic equipment capable of providing data communication between two or more individuals, including, but not limited to, a text messaging device, a paging device, a personal digital assistant, a laptop computer, equipment that is capable of playing a video game or a digital video disk, or equipment on which digital images are taken or transmitted.

  • Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an Internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system.
