Examples of Our Price List in a sentence

  • On termination under this Agreement or otherwise; as well as other sums payable up to the end of the Agreement, you may be required to pay us the Rental Charges or other charges which would have been payable for the remainder of the Initial Term or any subsequent Initial Term at the prevailing rate in force in Our Price List at termination.

  • For each replacement fob after that We will charge You an administration fee as published in Our Price List.

  • Any fees for such wiring and/or equipment will be billed to You based on the rate(s) or price(s) set forth in Our Price List for technicians or for such equipment.

  • The charges payable by You for the Initial Term will be as set out on Your Order Form, or in the absence of such charges being set out on Your Order Form as detailed in Our Price List at the date of Your Order.

  • Our Price List provides further information regarding the relevant charges for attending to chargeable Faults.

  • If You terminate Service prior to the expiration of the Minimum Service Term associated with the Service option you have selected, You will owe any Termination Fees as described in your Service Application or, as applicable, Our Price List, unless waived by Us in writing as part of a new Service Application, in addition to such other fees due and payable under this Agreement and any fees for the non-return of equipment.

  • All charges for Broadband Service are detailed in Our Price List at www.sure.com.

  • You shall pay to Us on demand all applicable charges for the relevant Broadband Service at rates specified in Our Price List and/or Your Order.

  • The initial Service Term is specified on the Service Application or, as applicable, in Our Price List and, unless otherwise stated therein, begins on the date that we initialize Your service through Our Central Office.

  • You have the right to demand that We only perform Orders set out in Our Price List or the execution of which we have agreed on with You separately.

Related to Our Price List

  • Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Price List Item means those SAP Cloud Services that are identified in the Solution Exhibit of this Agreement. The Parties may include additional Price List Items by written agreement.

  • Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs.   • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Product Price has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04.

  • GDP price deflator means the average of the four implicit price

  • List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;

  • Ordering Catalog means the electronic listing of items and their corresponding Contract unit prices available for ordering under this contract.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Hammer Price means the level of bidding reached (at or above any reserve) when the auctioneer brings down the hammer;

  • Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Initial Reference Pricei means as specified in the above table at item 15 (A) (i);

  • Quotes Base means Quotes Flow information stored on the Server.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Price Category means the price category and associated eligibility criteria referred to in Schedule 7 that determine the Price(s) that apply to an ICP;

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.

  • Annual Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years starting June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2017, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity and the Extended Summer Resource Price Adder as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Annual Resource Requirement. Annual Revenue Rate:

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.

  • Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.

  • Contract Price(s) means the price(s) tendered by the contractor and accepted by the Council for the execution of the contract.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;
