System Availability definition

System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:
System Availability means the average percentage of total time during which the production version of the Service is available to Customer during a calendar month, excluding (i) any maintenance windows (including any maintenance windows defined in a supplement to this Agreement); (ii) delays due to conditions beyond the reasonable control of SAP; (iii) delays caused by systems outside of the Service, including, but not limited to, Customer’s network, equipment and systems; (iv) micro outages (meaning an inaccessibility that lasts less than fifteen (15) minutes, provided that there are no more than three (3) micro outages within a calendar month); and (v) inaccessibility due to Customer’s requests or where Customer approved the same in advance.
System Availability. SLA” means a 99.7% System Availability Percentage during each Month for the production version of the Cloud Service.

Examples of System Availability in a sentence

  • This Service Level Agreement for SAP Cloud Services shall not apply to any SAP Cloud Service for which a System Availability SLA is explicitly set forth in the applicable Supplemental Terms and Conditions for such SAP Cloud Service or for which the applicability of the System Availability SLA is explicitly excluded in the Agreement.

  • This Service Level Agreement for SAP Cloud Services sets forth the System Availability Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) for the productive version of the applicable SAP Cloud Services to which customer has subscribed (“SAP Cloud Services”) in an Order Form with SAP.

  • Customer may claim a credit in the amount described in the table of Section 3.2 below in case of SAP’s failure to meet the System Availability SLA, which credit Customer may apply to a future invoice relating to the SAP Cloud Service that did not meet the System Availability SLA.

  • Contractor must produce monthly a BHS availability report that includes, at a minimum, the calculations for Subsystem Availability and System Availability as defined in Section 3.17, and all supporting documentation.

  • If SAP is not able to perform upgrades due to the lack of Customer’s cooperation, (i) SAP’s ability to provide support may be limited and SAP assumes no responsibilities for such limitations and (ii) the System Availability Service Levels in the SLA shall not apply.
