System Availability definition

System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:
System Availability means the average percentage of total time during which the production version of the Service is available to Customer during a calendar month, excluding (i) any maintenance windows (including any maintenance windows defined in a supplement to this Agreement); (ii) delays due to conditions beyond the reasonable control of SAP; (iii) delays caused by systems outside of the Service, including, but not limited to, Customer’s network, equipment and systems; (iv) micro outages (meaning an inaccessibility that lasts less than fifteen (15) minutes, provided that there are no more than three (3) micro outages within a calendar month); and (v) inaccessibility due to Customer’s requests or where Customer approved the same in advance.
System Availability. SLA” means a 99.7% System Availability Percentage during each Month for the production version of the Cloud Service.

Examples of System Availability in a sentence

  • In the event that Minimum System Availability Targets are not met during the Reporting Period, the NAVITAIRE Account Manager shall initiate corrective action during the subsequent Reporting Period.

  • Upon execution of this Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement by both parties, Customer hereby agrees to fully and irrevocably waive any and all claims it may have against NAVITAIRE prior to the Effective Date, provided that Customer does not forfeit or waive any rights it may have under the Agreement associated with failures to meet the Minimum System Availability Target SLA by Navitaire prior to the Effective Date.

  • Customer may notify NAVITAIRE, in writing, of the failure to meet Minimum System Availability Targets.

  • Upon a second failure of NAVITAIRE to meet Minimum System Availability Targets, the issue shall be escalated to the CEO or President level of each company.

  • Following a Major Release as defined in Section 9.4.5 of this Exhibit, Hosted Services System performance for all or some of the Minimum System Availability Targets are subject to a reduction to ninety five percent (95%) during periods of time identified as Stabilization Periods.
