Application Review. FAR will review this application and agreement, Receiving Party’s website, other websites or IDX solutions created by Receiving Party, and may contact other Associations or MLS’s regarding Receiving Party’s website(s) or IDX services. FAR at its sole discretion may deny RETS server access to Receiving Party. The LCA may condition its award of a Grant to the Property Owner upon the Property Owner agreeing to modify his or her proposed Project in any form, at any time, which the LCA may deem appropriate in the LCA’s sole and subjective discretion.

Application Review. All applications must be accompanied by demonstration of compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act. Starting from the day of the publication of the notice of application, a 30­day review period will commence during which the Director of Community Development shall evaluate the application and collect all relevant data, and solicit communications from persons and agencies wishing to express views on the application. The Director of Community Development shall examine each application for conflict with the City’s Shoreline Master Program. If a shoreline variance or shoreline conditional use permit request is part of the application, the Director of Community Development shall schedule a public hearing during the last ten days of the 30­day review period.
Application Review. The Bisbee Airport Advisory Commission will review the completed application documents, at a formal meeting, after the completed application and all required submittals are accepted by the Airport Manager. If the Airport Advisory Commission approves the proposed lease, it shall forward its recommendation for approval to the Mayor and Council for further action. If the Airport Advisory Commission recommends approval subject to certain conditions, or certain amendments, the Commission shall advise the Applicant of these conditions or amendments. If the Applicant agrees to accept these conditions and amendments, they shall be included in the proposed lease and submitted to the Mayor and Council with a recommendation for approval. If the Commission does not recommend approval, the Applicant may withdraw the Application, or may request that it be submitted for consideration by the Mayor and Council with a “Do Not Approve” recommendation from the Commission. The proposed lease agreement will be submitted to the Mayor and Council for final consideration, with the recommendation from the Commission. Under the Charter of the City of Xxxxxx, this lease must be approved as Ordinance, which will require two readings and a delay of thirty days after final approval before it becomes effective. The signed Lease Agreement will be the controlling document and any previous verbal or written representations made by either party will be null and void unless specifically integrated into the signed Lease Agreement.
