Public Hearing. 7. In the course of each proceeding, the competent investigating authority shall:

Public Hearing. If the Grantee fails to respond to the Violation Notice received from the Grantor, or if the default is not remedied within the cure period set forth above, the Board shall schedule a public hearing if it intends to continue its investigation into the default. The Grantor shall provide the Grantee at least twenty (20) days prior written notice of such hearing, which specifies the time, place and purpose of such hearing, notice of which shall be published by the Clerk of the Grantor in a newspaper of general circulation within the Grantor in accordance with subsection 15.8 hereof. At the hearing, the Board shall give the Grantee an opportunity to state its position on the matter, present evidence and question witnesses, after which it shall determine whether or not the Franchise shall be revoked. The public hearing shall be on the record and a written transcript shall be made available to the Grantee within ten (10) business days. The decision of the Board shall be made in writing and shall be delivered to the Grantee. The Grantee may appeal such determination to an appropriate court, which shall have the power to review the decision of the Board de novo. The Grantee may continue to operate the Cable System until all legal appeals procedures have been exhausted.
Public Hearing. The LFA shall schedule a public hearing if the LFA seeks to continue its investigation into the alleged noncompliance (i) if Franchisee fails to respond to the Noncompliance Notice pursuant to the procedures required by this Article, or (ii) if Franchisee has not remedied the alleged noncompliance within sixty (60) days or the date projected pursuant to Section 11.2(iii) above. The LFA shall provide Franchisee at least sixty (60) business days prior written notice of such public hearing, which will specify the time, place and purpose of such public hearing, and provide Franchisee the opportunity to be heard.

Public Hearing. The Grantee shall hold a public hearing prior to the Completion Date to afford its residents the opportunity to review and comment on the program results and overall performance. The hearing shall be publicly warned at least fifteen (15) days in advance, stating the purpose of the hearing, with the notice appearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality. Written minutes and a summary of public comments shall be filed with the Agency with the Final Program report.
Public Hearing. In the event that the Grantee fails to respond to the notice described in subsection 7.1 pursuant to the procedures set forth in subsection 7.2, or in the event that the alleged default is not remedied within thirty (30) days or the date projected pursuant to 7.2(C) above, if it intends to continue its investigation into the default, then the Franchising Authority shall schedule a public hearing. The Franchising Authority shall provide the Grantee at least ten (10) days prior written notice of such hearing, which specifies the time, place and purpose of such hearing, and provide the Grantee the opportunity to be heard.
Public Hearing. All materials that any party wants the Administrator to consider at a hearing pursuant to Section 9.1 must be submitted to the Administrator no later than ten working days before the date of the hearing. Unless prohibited by law, all submitted materials will be included in the public record for the hearing. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Administrator shall: (1) find the alleged violation conclusively determined, (2) find that the alleged violation lacks merit, or (3) continue the hearing to a specified date and time.
