Matching Funds. The Recipient shall, at a minimum, contribute not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Cost of Project as set forth in Appendix D of this Agreement. The Matching Funds shall be for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement. In the event that the total actual Project costs exceed the estimated Cost of Project identified in Appendix D, the OPWC shall not be required to increase the maximum amount of the grant provided herein and the Recipient shall increase its Matching Funds to meet such actual Cost of Project.
Matching Funds. If a project is awarded less than $10,000 ($0-$9,999) in grant funds or is a statewide project administered by a local organization as part of a Division statewide program, no matching funds are required. All other projects must provide local matching funds that equal a minimum of one-third (1/3) of the amount of federal grant funds awarded. Upon request, the Division will waive the financial matching requirements on grants for libraries located in counties or communities with rural status in compliance with Sections 288.0656 and 288.06561, Florida Statutes. In addition, the following are not allowed as matching expenditures: Other federal grant funds.
Matching Funds. The Grantee must provide from local sources matching cash funds equal to 10 percent (10%) of the grant award.
Matching Funds. The Grant Recipient must obtain and supply the following matching funds, if any, for the completion of the Project: (If there are no matching funds requirements then insert the word “NONE”.) Any matching funds which are intended to meet the above requirements must either be in the form of (i) cash monies, (ii) legally binding commitments for money, or (iii) equivalent funds or contributions, including equity, which have been or will be used to complete or pay for the Project. The Grant Recipient shall supply to the Commissioner of Management and Budget whatever documentation the Commissioner of Management and Budget may request to substantiate the availability and source of any matching funds, and the source and terms relating to all matching funds must be consented to, in writing, by the Commissioner of Management and Budget.
Matching Funds. Grantee has (i) spent its own funds of not less than $136,149 for the Matching Funds, and (ii) legally enforceable commitments for the Matching Funds, all dedicated to completion of the Project as contemplated in the Grant Application.
Matching Funds. Costs incurred in excess of the Total Grant Award for the project will be the responsibility of the Participant and shall constitute their matching and/or in-kind contribution for the project.
Matching Funds. Matching funds must equal the grant amount, dollar for dollar. Upon request, the Division will waive the financial matching requirements on grants for Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI) counties or communities that have been designated in accordance with Sections 288.0656 and 288.06561, Florida Statutes.
Matching Funds. Grantees must provide at least one dollar in cash or in-kind (donated goods or services) for every dollar requested from the Division. Some expenses can only be included in the Estimated Project Budget as match. The Division of Cultural Affairs will provide exceptions to the financial matching requirements on grants for Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI) communities that have been designated in accordance with Sections 288.0656 and 288.06561, Florida Statutes.
Matching Funds. (a) The Land Trust agrees that it is required to raise and secure a minimum of two dollars in Matching Funds for every one dollar of Project Funds provided by NCC under the Program and to provide confirmation of the Matching Funds in its supporting documentation for both the First and Final Installment and in the reports, reviews or audits to be undertaken following completion of the Project.
Matching Funds. Grantee represents, warrants, covenants and agrees that it shall use diligent, good faith efforts to obtain and legally enforce commitments for all Matching Funds.
