Grant Letter means the letter dated 20 August 2015 from the Commissioner to the Recipient which sets out supplementary information in relation to the Grant.

The Grant Letter shall specify (i) the Tax Provision under which the Option is Granted; (ii) the Tax Track that the Company chose according to Section 11 of the Plan (if applicable); (iii) the Exercise Price; and (iv) the number of Options Granted to the Participant.
