The Corporation and the Participant further acknowledge that the Corporation’s signature on the signature page hereof, and the Participant’s signature on the Grant Letter contained in Schedule A, shall constitute their acceptance of all of the terms of this Agreement.
The Committee has the discretionary authority to determine any questions as to the date when the Grantee’s employment terminated and the cause of such termination and to interpret any provision of this Agreement, the Grant Letter, the Stock Plan System, the Plan, and any other applicable rules.
