When complaints are received by NAT concerning its certification activities, NAT shall acknowledge receipt of complaints and inform the subject of the complaint if deemed applicable. ▇▇▇ is responsible for resolution of the complaint and shall take appropriate action to resolve the complaint. Its members shall be qualified for the tasks by an appropriate combination of NDT certification and/or ex- perience.
