Application Documents definition

Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted in respect of such grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

More Definitions of Application Documents

Application Documents means the items required as part of an Application submitted to the City prior to them being accepted as complete as provided in Subsection (e)(1).

The date that is shown for that payment (for example, on your statement), and the date from which the money starts to earn interest if it is in an interest-bearing account, will still be the following Business Day. A ‘Non-Business Day’ shall be construed accordingly.
