Annual Leave and Sick Leave. (1) (a) Every worker, other than a part-time worker, who remains in continuous employment with the same employer for a period of 6 consecutive months and who has been present on all the working days during that period, shall be entitled during each subsequent month up to the twelfth month, while he remains in continuous employment with the same employer, to one day’s annual leave up to a maximum of 6 days’ annual leave.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave. Annual leave and sick leave will be paid to redundant Employees, as follows:
Annual Leave and Sick Leave. The Director shall be granted annual vacation and sick leave during the term of this Agreement at the same level and in the same manner as other employees of the Metropolitan Government based upon the Director's years of credited service with the Metropolitan Government.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave. 5.1. The employee will be entitled to an annual vacation of 16 working days per year. The vacation cannot be accumulated or redeemed unless explicitly agreed upon by the company and subject to the company’s policy. Any vacation entitlement exceeding the legal vacation quota that is not utilized will be automatically forfeited without the need for further notice.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave. Each regular full-time and part-time eligible LPN shall be entitled to paid annual leave or sick leave to the extent the LPN has accrued and not used such leave.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave a. Revise Article 10, Section 2A to read: Employees shall accrue sick leave monthly at the rate of 14 days per year, except that employees hired by the Department after January 1, 2018 shall accrue sick leave monthly at the rate of 12 days per year, for sickness or injury not incurred in the course of employment.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave in NSW and WA Permanent employees engaged prior to 1 February 1994 (retail) or 31 July 1994 (clerical) in NSW and WA who under their previous Award, or Annual Leave Act, were entitled to payment of penalty hours whilst on annual leave or sick leave shall continue to receive such payments when proceeding on annual leave or sick leave. These 'saved penalty' payments paid on annual leave or sick leave will be reduced by the scheduled increases as per the rates of pay schedule contained in Clause 26 (Rates of Pay) of this Agreement.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave. Commission employees accrue vested annual leave at a variable rate based on years of service. In general, accrued annual leave cannot exceed 30 days at the employee’s anniversary date. It is the commission’s policy to liquidate unpaid annual leave at June 30 from future resources rather than currently available expendable resources. Employees accrue sick leave at the rate of one day per month without limitation on the amount that can be accumulated. Sick leave is not vested; i.e. the commission does not pay employees for unused sick leave upon termination except upon employee death or retirement. At death or retirement, the commission is liable for 25 percent of the employee’s accumulated sick leave. In addition, the commission has a “sick leave buyout option” in which each January, employees who accumulate sick leave in excess of 60 days may redeem sick leave earned but not taken during the previous year at the rate of one day’s pay in exchange for each four days of sick leave. It is the commission’s policy to liquidate unpaid sick leave at June 30 from future resources rather than currently available expendable resources. Accordingly, the general fund recognizes sick leave when it is paid.
Annual Leave and Sick Leave. 8.1 Employee shall continue to accrue and be entitled to annual leave and sick leave in the same manner as Police Executive/Management employees of the City unless otherwise provided in this Agreement.

The Superintendent shall be entitled to annual leave and sick leave in accordance with Board benefits provided for twelve (12) month administrative personnel in accordance with Board policies and regulations as may be amended from time to time except that he shall earn 24 days annual leave and 14 days sick leave per annum. All annual and sick leave days are fully available on July 1 of each contract year in accordance with Board policies.
