Sick Leave Days definition

Sick Leave Days means the number of days of accumulated and unused leave of absence for illness or injury.
Sick Leave Days. Those days awarded each July 1 that may be used for absence from work in accordance with Sections C.1. and C.2. below.
Sick Leave Days means paid days of absence provided to and accumulated by the unit member in accordance with the Education Code sections covering sick days. For the purposes of both accumulation and absence, the regular workday of 6 hours and fifty minutes shall be equivalent to 7 hours, and 3 hours and twenty five minutes shall be equivalent to three and one-half hours.

  • Overtime means work performed by a full-time employee in excess or outside of their regularly scheduled hours of work.
