Examples of Variable Rate in a sentence
The Variable Rate may be lower or higher than the Fixed Rate, fixed rates offered by Company, the Utility’s pricing or “price to compare”, rates offered by other third party suppliers, and wholesale market rates, and, furthermore, the Variable Rate may not fluctuate in relation to any of the aforementioned rates.
The Company may reference either a Fixed Rate or Variable Rate in this Agreement as “Rate”.
B.) If you are a small commercial customer, for any Fixed Rate plan you have selected, you may receive notice from Direct Energy between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days prior to the end of your Term that you will be automatically enrolled on either: (i) the Fixed Rate plan provided in the notice, or (ii) the Variable Rate plan available at such time.
Variable Rates may change on each monthly bill cycle and may be higher or lower each month based on business and market conditions ("Variable Rate").
THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE VARIABLE RATE, AND IT MAY BE HIGHER Variable Rate Plan: THE VARIABLE RATE PLAN IS A MONTH-TO-MONTH PLAN BASED ON A VARIABLE RATE METHODOLOGY WHICH SHALL REFLECT, FOR EACH MONTH, THE COST OF ELECTRICITY OBTAINED FROM ALL SOURCES (INCLUDING ENERGY, CAPACITY, SETTLEMENT, ANCILLARIES), RELATED TRANSMISSION IF APPLICABLE, AND OTHER MARKET-RELATED FACTORS, PLUS ALL APPLICABLE TAXES, FEES, CHARGES OR OTHER ASSESSMENTS, AND MAJOR ENERGY’S COSTS, EXPENSES AND MARGINS.
